They were very thorough with the paperwork at the end, made sure I knew what I was signing for, and gave me detailed instructions on what to do if I needed to file a claim for any damaged property. They hoisted a VERY heavy dresser up and over my small upstairs banister. No poor attitudes about making numerous treks to the basement and attic, just positive attitudes and exceptional team work. Those saints moved my livingroom couches probably three times until I was satisfied with the placement. They not only offered, but encouraged me to utilize them to help arrange furniture to my liking. I sat back and didn't need to lift a finger. For example, I tried to help carry some stuff, but was told no, as it's their job.
They were respectful to me, my stuff, my pup, and my toddler (acting supervisor lol) They exceeded my expectations. Moving is stressful-Working with this team was anything but!
